Cancellation & Forfeiture

As per the EAAP official guidelines, membership can be forfeited under specific circumstances:

  • Any member of the Society may resign his membership by notifying the Secretary in writing[cite: 1].
  • If the annual subscription is not paid within three months from the date of commencement of the financial year, such member shall forfeit the membership[cite: 1].
  • Membership is forfeited for those who fail to attend three consecutive meetings of the managing committee, or those who are expelled by the committee for conduct detrimental to the society[cite: 1].
